We will use approved Schematic Design (& Site Plan Approval) plans to complete Architectural Plans for Building Permit

Final Plans will be provided for approval prior to submitting for Building Permits

The Client is ultimately responsible for reviewing and approving the final plans prior to submitting for Building Permit or General Contractor Bidding.
